Right bundle-branch block (RBBB) is block of the right bundle branch, causing wide QRS with typical morphology. Incomplete RBBB may be benign; complete RBBB may indicate structural heart disease or chronic lung disease. Treatment: investigate underlying cause; treat associated disease; pacemaker if associated with high-grade AV block or symptomatic bradycardia; no specific therapy for isolated RBBB.
