Bundle-branch Reentrant Ventricular Tachycardia

Bundle-branch reentrant ventricular tachycardia is macroreentry via the His-Purkinje system (right bundle branch and left bundle branch), typically in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy and conduction disease. Clinical: wide-QRS VT, often recurrent. Treatment: acute - antiarrhythmics/cardioversion; catheter ablation of the right bundle branch is curative; treat underlying cardiomyopathy; ICD for sudden-death prevention.
