Causes

Functional: left-sided heart failure/pulmonary HTN. Organic: endocarditis, Ebstein, carcinoid, rheumatic.

Treatment

Treat underlying left heart/pulmonary HTN; diuretics; tricuspid valve surgery if severe organic
