四肢无力、疲乏
Adrenal cysts are benign, usually asymptomatic, fluid-filled adrenal lesions discovered incidentally on imaging. Types: endothelial (lymphatic), epithelial, parasitic (echinococcal), pseudocysts (post-hemorrhagic). Most are small and require observation; large cysts may cause abdominal pain or hemorrhage, and complex/solid features require further evaluation to exclude cystic neoplasm.
Usually asymptomatic incidentaloma; abdominal pain if large; hemorrhage pain
Lymphatic malformation, epithelial inclusion, parasitic infection, or post-hemorrhagic pseudocyst forms a fluid-filled adrenal cavity.
Observation; aspiration/sclerotherapy; surgery for large/symptomatic or suspicious solid-complex cysts
Imaging follow-up; evaluate suspicious features; avoid echinococcal exposure.
It is recommended to visit the General Surgery department; an appointment can be booked on this platform before the visit.
