咳嗽、盗汗、气急、消瘦
The primary pulmonary complex, or Ghon complex: in primary pulmonary tuberculosis, the combination of the pulmonary primary focus, lymphangitis, and hilar lymph node TB is called the primary complex; X-rays show a dumbbell shadow, and clinical signs and symptoms are usually minimal.
Cough; night sweats; shortness of breath; weight loss
This is primary infection caused by inhaling tubercle bacilli in dust or droplets. It mostly occurs in children or young adults, especially infants under 3. The primary complex includes the primary focus with perifocal inflammation, lymphangitis, and lymphadenitis, sometimes with local pleural changes.
Drug therapy, supportive therapy, symptomatic treatment
1. BCG vaccination for uninfected individuals. 2. Chemoprophylaxis for close contacts, Mantoux converters, and non-active TB with immunosuppression, radiotherapy, peri-gastrectomy, strongly positive reactions, dual TB-HIV, renal transplant, diabetes, or silicosis. Isoniazid: adults 0.3 g/day, children 6-8 mg/(kg·day), for 6 months. 3. Eliminate the source of infection: smear-positive pulmonary TB is the main source; new and retreatment smear-positive cases are the main chemotherapy targets.
It is recommended to visit the Infectious Diseases department; an appointment can be booked on this platform before the visit.
