Dumping syndrome is post-gastrectomy/vagotomy rapid emptying of hyperosmolar chyme into small bowel, early (10-30 min: vasomotor symptoms: flushing/tachycardia/hypotension/abdominal cramps) or late (1-3h: hypoglycemia).
