Lymphadenopathy; bleeding on brushing; splenomegaly; palpitations with fatigue; pallor; mucosal petechiae; fatigue; low fever
Pluripotent hematopoietic stem cell; abnormal granulocytic-monocytic proliferation; CFU-GM; normal chromosomes usually.
Drug therapy; supportive care
Avoid toxins/radiation; prevent infection; vaccination.
