Symptoms

Recurrent severe bacterial infections after 6 months; otitis/sinusitis/pneumonia; absent tonsils; very low Ig; male infant

Causes

BTK gene mutation; X-linked; B-cell maturation arrest.

Treatment

IVIG replacement; antibiotics; avoid live vaccines; immunology
