Symptoms

Chronic sinusitis; nasal crusting; cough/hemoptysis; glomerulonephritis; c-ANCA; fever; weight loss; older

Causes

PR3-ANCA; small-vessel vasculitis; granulomatous inflammation.

Treatment

Induction with rituximab/cyclophosphamide + steroids; maintenance; renal/pulmonary monitoring; relapse
