Schobinger staging: I quiescent, II expansion, III destruction, IV decompensation (high-output heart failure).
Arteriovenous shunt; papule; perivascular infiltration
Upper/mid dermis, unencapsulated, thick/thin walled vessels lined by endothelium; thick walls fibrous/smooth muscle; RBCs/thrombi; true arterial component; inflammatory infiltrate.
Ablative ethanol embolization; surgery
No effective prevention; early detection/treatment.
It is recommended to visit the general surgery department; before the visit you may first book an appointment and connect with experts through this platform.
