血管畸形、结节性硬化
Oral hemangioma is a common oral/maxillofacial benign tumor; congenital; from endothelial proliferation. Facial skin/subcutis/oral mucosa (lip/tongue/cheek/floor of mouth). Types: capillary, cavernous, cirsoid (first two common). Extensive capillary proliferation in mucosa: red/purple-red round buccal patch, flush/slightly raised, blanches, well-demarcated; bleeding on mastication. Laser = ideal; large lesions need post-op antibiotics/energy mixture; vitamin C 5-8g + multivitamin 1-2 weeks. No hormones; laser seals vessels → minimal bleeding.
Vascular malformation; tuberous sclerosis
(1) Friction → ulceration/bleeding (itchy infants scratching; clothing friction). (2) Irritation (urine/saliva on perineal/oral lesions). (3) Trauma from inadequate treatment (laser/cryotherapy). (4) Adult oral hemangioma bitten during mastication.
Supportive, rehabilitation therapy
Congenital vascular malformation; light diet; avoid spicy.
It is recommended to visit the General Surgery department; an appointment can be booked on this platform before the visit.
