泌尿外科

Common symptoms

动作样壁、血管杂音、血尿、伤口形成一个搏...、蛋白尿

The pathology of disease

Renal arteriovenous fistula is an abnormal communication between renal artery and vein (congenital, traumatic, or iatrogenic after biopsy), causing hypertension, hematuria, or high-output heart failure with large shunts. Treatment: observation for small asymptomatic; endovascular embolization; surgical repair/partial nephrectomy for symptomatic, hypertensive, hemorrhagic, or high-flow fistulas; control BP; monitor renal function.

Common Symptoms

Hypertension; hematuria; bruit; high-output HF; by congenital/traumatic/iatrogenic

Causes and Pathogenesis

Congenital/traumatic/biopsy-related shunt causes renal arterial-venous communication and hemodynamic effects.

Treatment

Observe small; embolize/surgery for symptomatic/hypertensive/hemorrhagic/high-flow

Preventive Measures

Careful renal biopsy; treat before complications.

Department to Visit
