尿痛、尿频、血尿、骶骨发育不良、便秘、排尿困难及尿潴留、肾功能衰竭、尿急

The pathology of disease

A bladder diverticulum is congenital or secondary. Congenital walls contain muscle fibers; acquired ones follow lower-tract obstruction. Patients present before age 10 or after 50. Congenital diverticula bulge from a localized weak point of the bladder muscular wall, usually single, with the full bladder wall, common in children without obstruction. Secondary diverticula bulge between separated detrusor bundles from lower-tract obstruction, often multiple with mucosal trabeculation (false diverticula, lacking all wall layers), common in adult men with prostatic hyperplasia.

Causes

Congenital lesions such as urethral stricture, posterior urethral valves and bladder neck contracture, plus lower-tract obstruction, cause diverticula.
