Mostly meningothelial/fibroblastic. Growth: (1) one sinus wall → convexity; (2) falx involvement; (3) bilateral crossing/encircling sinus. Often partially/completely obstructs sinus; erodes dura/skull → hyperostosis. Supply from ipsilateral middle meningeal artery + anterior/posterior cerebral pial branches.
Drug, rehabilitation
Light diet; vegetables/fruits; avoid spicy/greasy/alcohol/raw-cold.
