Late postpartum bleeding is heavy uterine bleeding over 500 ml within the puerperium, more than 24 h after delivery. As pregnancy pathology and social factors increase, emphasis on the fetus and maternal fear of pain, the cesarean rate is rising and post-op complications increase; surgeon skill relates to the late postpartum hemorrhage rate.
