穴位定位：在前臂前区，腕掌侧远端横纹上1寸，尺侧腕屈肌腱的桡侧缘。

主治：心痛、心悸、暴喑、舌强不语、腕臂痛。

操作：直刺0.3—0.5寸。

配伍：配哑门治舌不语；配心俞治心悸。

临床按语：通里为手少阴心经要穴，临床应用当辨证循经，配伍得当则效彰。通，通达；里，邻里。穴为心经络穴，别走太阳，沟通表里之气，故名。
