取穴：百会为巅顶痛主穴，大椎为项强主穴，神庭为前头痛主穴，配风池、太阳

操作：百会平刺0.5-0.8寸；大椎斜刺0.5-1寸；神庭平刺0.3-0.5寸

配伍：百会配太阳、合谷治头痛；大椎配风池、天柱治项强；神庭配太冲、风池治肝阳上亢头痛

注意：头部穴位平刺为主，不宜深刺；囟门未闭的小儿禁刺百会
