Association of genes related to calcium and calcium-1 retrograde blood-based biomarkers in Indian ad
The concept of health management is becoming more and more popular, and scientific health knowledge is becoming more and more popular and worthy of public attention. Alzheimer's disease (AD) and its associated dementia are a growing health and economic burden in India. The risk biomarkers for neurodegenerative damage (Amyloid beta, Ab),tau, and other proteins that mark neurodegenerative damage are risk factors for AD and may be important for AD prevention.
Among the 2,224 participants from the LASI-DAD long-term aging research project in India, we conducted a genetic analysis of the following two types of SNVs: 1. Missing/Lossed Functional Single-Nucleic Acid Variations: LoF: The SNVs were analyzed from ADGWAS and 25 gene-biomarkers for 25 gene-biomarkers. Through the analysis of the above-mentioned gene-biomarker pairs, we gained an in-depth understanding of the 25 gene-biomarker pairs selected from 84 genes (AD GWAS) and laid a solid foundation for our better disclosure and understanding of brain-specific transcription factors/enhancing factors SNVs and their clinical significance.
We used a variation cluster test to detect the gene pool using labeling information Rmation (STAAR) which was measured in the blood of seven neurodegenerative biomarkers: Ab40, Ab42, Ab42/Ab40, total tau (tTau), tau phosphorylated at threonine 181 (pTau), glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP), and neural fiber fiber optic chain (NfL). We have adjusted the age, gender and genetic background to use random bias for genetic correlation and biomarker tables. Analysis includes weighted annotation scores (e.
