Narrowing of the nose

Allergic nasitis, also known as degenerative nasitis, is a chronic inflammatory disease of the nasopharynx mediated by the immunoglobulin E (IgE) after exposure to an allergen. It is typically characterized by episodic sneezing, clear nostrils, nostrils and nostrils, with some patients experiencing eye symptoms such as tears, fluctuating nostrils. Common allergens include: dust mites (the main indoor allergens, most often found in mattresses, carpets, sofas), pollen (seasonally, in spring and autumn) bacteria, animal skins (cats, dogs, etc.

) and saliva secretions. In addition, cold air irritation, tobacco smoke, air pollution, etc. can induce or aggravate symptoms.

Allergic family history of allergies such as allergies, nasal infections, asthma eczema, etc. Chronic nasal infections are common throughout the year, with symptoms that are mild and severe and are caused by internal allergens such as dust mites. Typical symptoms are suddenness, continuous multiple sneezing, a large amount of clear-water nostrils, clear nostrils, nasal clogs can cause shortness of breath and decreased sense of smell.

Due to frequent snoring, sneezing, patients often feel tired and not focused attention, children may also have black eye circles, frequent clearance of the nose, etc. Some patients can be accompanied by asthma, rhinitis, secretion eczema, etc. Diagnosis of allergic nasal infections is mainly based on typical medical history and physical examination, with the lens of the nasal mucosa bleaching, urine, and the nasal cavity of a large amount of clear-water proteins.

Allergen detection is important for guiding allergen avoidance and immunotherapy. It is also clinically necessary to identify allergens, such as colds, vascular nasal infections, and colds that are often accompanied by fever, sore throat, and disease within two weeks. Treatment of allergenic nasal infections follows the principle of 'contraindication, quartet'.

Avoiding contact with allergens is fundamental, such as regular disinfection, use of toiletries, decreased outdoor exposure and wearing of masks, etc. Drug therapy is effective in controlling symptoms, often using nasal glucose hormones ('one-line anti-inflammatory drugs') or oral or nasal anti-hormone drugs ('relieving sneezing and nosebleeds') or antiseptic antiseptic agents ('resistant to aspirin') or nasal anti-inflammatory agents ('short-term use') and so on; nasal spraying can cleanse the nose with salt water; reducing inflammation; immunotherapy ('dysensitic therapy') is currently the only method that can change the natural course of the disease, by long-term administration of allergenic extracts that induce the body to produce immunosuppression, and is suitable for people who are allergic to dust and pollen, the duration of treatment is generally about three years. Allergic nasitis is difficult to completely eliminate, but the vast majority of patients' symptoms are well controlled and do not affect normal life through regulation of treatment and effective prevention of allergens.

Patients should develop long-term management plans under the guidance of a doctor, adhere to the regulation of medication, and avoid self-medication to alleviate symptoms.
