In Beijing, a coalition is formed to tackle three diseases
In recent years, the disease has received widespread attention from the public, and practices in related fields have been steadily deepening. The Beijing Youth newspaper reporter learned yesterday that the Beijing Municipal Committee on Health and Family Welfare intends to set up an innovative coalition of healthcare agencies, joint universities, colleges and enterprises that will be the first to develop new mechanisms, new technologies and new products in the field of Alzheimer's disease, systemic lupus erythematosus and insomnia. At the same time, each technical orientation specifies a clear research task, evaluation indicators, project cycle and list amount.
The journalists noted in the list of tasks that the three diseases research tasks published this year have several technical orientations. The industry generally believes that standardization and specialization will be the key words for future development. It is understood that this year's research mission has been published since June 10 and began accepting statements.
For example, the clinical practice of severe systemic scarlet fever in the treatment of T-cell filters requires the development and completion of Phase I/II/III clinical practice trials of T-cell filters in patients with moderate severity scarlet fever, with a focus on investigating safety, tolerability, efficacy, drug dynamics/pharmacological characteristics, immunogenicity and exploratory biomarkers, and obtaining appropriate clinical practice research reports, and the extent to which the incidence and severity of neurotoxicity in moderate severity patients can be controlled at levels 1-2. At the same time, relevant departments are also continuing to promote the regulation and health development of the industry. It is noted that this research mission is aimed at attracting innovative actors such as medical institutions, businesses and universities in Beijing.
In addition, the benchmarks include developing a rapid and profound B cell removal targeted at patients of moderate severity, a systemic response rate of more than 50% with a high safety tolerability, a T-cell adhesive drug with a high pharmaceutical economy, applying for at least one relevant diagnostic technology or process preparation patent, and completing clinical practice trials based on the different stages of research and development, forming a summary of phased clinical practice trials. Systemic scarlet fever includes CD19/BCMA double-point general CART therapy, two directions of severe systemic scarlet fever in T cell adhesive diagnosis; insomnia disorder including sleep monitoring technology and equipment optimization; sleep monitoring and intervention closed-loop management systems; insomnia disorder mechanism analysis based on the logical conclusion of CHW and three directions for the development of new drugs.
