There is a link between muscle strength and the risk of chronic kidney disease. A prospective nation

An international medical study has brought new findings and related findings are of important reference value to the Cope for Disease Prevention. We aim to investigate the independence and correlation of grip strength and seat elevation time to the independence and correlation of CVD-free risk in middle-aged and elderly people in different blood glucose groups. This study includes the independent and correlation of CVD-free risk in middle-aged and elderly people in the CHARLS Chinese Health and Retirement Long-Term Tracking Study in different blood glucose groups.

The main aspects involved: 1) Assessment of the independence of CVD-free risk in the middle-aged and elderly population in different blood glucose groups; 2) Study of the independence and combined effects of grip intensity and seat elevation time; 3) Exploration of the related trends and legality of the independence and combined effects of CVD-free risk in the middle-aged and elderly population in different blood glucose groups; 4) Analysis of the related trends and combined effects of the independence of CVD-free risk in the middle-aged and elderly population in different blood glucose groups; (5) Summarize the theoretical significance and practical application of the independence and combined impact of CVD-free risk in middle-aged and elderly populations in different blood glucose status groups. The incidence of cardiomyopathy and/or stroke is defined as a physician-diagnostic heart disease and/or stroke. The use of the Cox-Risk Model and the limited CubicSpline analysis quantifies the association between muscle strength and CVD incidence.

During the average follow-up period of 7. 8 years, 24. 6% of participants developed CVD.

The two groups of lower standardized grip and longer chair elevation times were independently associated with a risk ratio of 1. 37 ((95% CI: 1. 17-1.

61)) and 1. 53 ((95% CI: 1. 32-1.

77)), respectively, in the dose-dependent mode. The statistical significance associated with grip strength was achieved in the normal blood glucose regulation and pre-diabetic group, and similar point estimates were observed in the diabetes group (P for interaction = 0. 622).

The study revealed a dose-dependent association between muscle strength and CVD incidence.
