Lipid ROS is measured using BODIPY red-labeled photosynthetics.
An international medical study has yielded new findings that are of important reference value for disease prevention. Detection and measurement of lipid-induced oxidative acid species (ROS) is a form of iron-dependent programmed cell death characterized in recent years by excessive lipid oxidation and subsequent membrane damage. As research on iron oxides has expanded to a wide range of pathological physiological processes and human diseases, including cancer, immunity and inflammation, and tissue damage, there has been an increasing demand for the intensity of lipid oxideROS measurement in heterogeneous cell samples.
BODIPY581/591 is a gold standard lipid oxide ROS level reporting lipid oxide ROS level and has been used to regulate iron markers across multiple cell types, both demonstrated in mechanical and applied studies. However, its use in spirocytocellular surgery is mainly limited to traditional fluid cell surgery because of its expansion overflow in the multi-wave emission pathway and semi-proportion, which makes its application in spirocytocellular surgery more complex. Here, we provide solutions to these challenges and the high-parameter spectroscopic cell types needed to achieve the optimization, separation, coloration, and analysis of the BODIPY C11 581/591 multi-parameter lipid oxide ROS detection.
Our irreversible separation strategy represents a new method for separating two photometric patterns of Ratiometric Dye, which may also have some applicability to other Ratiometric Dye applications in photometric flow cytology.
