Through lipid and tricarboxylic synthesis, a biochemical GatCAB inhibitor is converted into a living
An international medical study has revealed new findings that have important reference value for disease prevention. GATCAB plays a critical role in many bacterial pathogens (such as fungi, lack of glutamate- and/or asparaginyl-transferase enzymes and dependence on indirect amino acid synthesis pathways). However, despite potential antibacterial targets, the chemical GatCAB inhibitor has not yet been shown to be active in living cells due to cell penetration deficiencies.
Here, we convert biochemically active methylphenidate-methylsulfate-methylphenidate - a transition analogue formed during the transition from GatCAB to GatCAB - into a living cell-active antimicrobial probe by adding two structurally-specific delivery molecules. By adding two structural-specific delivery molecules of two structurally-specific delivery molecules, the biochemically-active methamphetamine-methyl sulfate phosphate (a transitional analogue formed during the transition from GatCAB to GatCAB transition) is converted into a living cell-activated antimicrobial probe. Although H2O-conjugate is an excellent hydrophobic substance, it still uses a specific bacterial strain-LpqY-SSugABC to enter a specific bacterial strain-LpqY-SSugABC and perform a specific bacterial strain-LpqY-SSugABC specific cytotoxic reactions.
