One-eyed CT2/CT3 eyelids: a study that evaluated 1,666 single-eyed CT2/CT3 eyelids
An international medical study has brought new findings and relevant results are of important reference value for disease prevention. A global, retrospective case study of single-sided cT2 and cT3 malignant retinopharyngeal stem cell tumors (RTNB) eye samples recruited a total of 1566 treatment cases - unseen eye RTNB eye samples. Participants in these case studies came from 11 Chinese tertiary medical centers from top medical education institutions in China.
Patients underwent intravenous artery chemotherapy, vein chemotherapy or local nuclear reduction. The end result is root regrowth, overall survival, transfer-free survival, prevalence of high-risk pathological characteristics, and visibility protection rates. In the polycentric line of 1566 eyeballs - the rescue rate is higher in the cT2 and cT3 retinoblastoma subgroups, whereas intravenous chemotherapy in the cT3b eyeballs - the rescue rate is significantly higher than intravenous chemotherapy and the rescue rate in the cT3c eyeballs is significantly lower than intravenous chemotherapy.
