An international medical study has yielded new findings that are of important reference value for disease prevention. This study aims to explore the mechanisms by which Astragali Radix reassembles and repair molecules mediated by the SPOP protein (Speckle-Type POZ Protein). For extracorporeal experiments, A549 and H1299 cells are randomly assigned to a blank group, a radiation group, and radiation combined with the five, ten, and twenty percent Astragali Radix groups.
Except for the blank group, all groups were built with 4 Gy X-ray radiation models. After the model was built, a combination of low, medium and high doses of atrial radix-ized serum were detected with 5%, 10%, and 20%, respectively, atrial radix-ized serum cultivation for 24 hours. Cell division was detected by a monopoly test (colony formation assay, CFA).
The experiment detected cell division of the tumor group, the radiation group, the radiation group combined with the astragonomy combined. For the extracorporeal experiment, the C57BL/6J mice at 40°C were randomly assigned to the blank group, the tumor group, the radiation group, the radiation group combined with the astragonomy combined group. In an out-of-body experiment, the C57BL/6J mice at 40°C were randomly assigned to a blank group, a tumor group, a radiation group, a radiation combined group, an astragonomy combined group.
