Analysis of cross-cultural adaptation and measurement properties in the Brazilian Portuguese version
An international medical study has brought new findings, with relevant findings of important reference value for disease prevention. To translate, cultural adaptation, and verify the measurement properties of MIBS-4, participants in Brazilian Portuguese completed the socioeconomic characteristics (HIT-6) and HIT-4 (MIDAS) evaluation. Effectiveness of content, construction, cohesion, and standard meanings; reliability and sensitivity; and assessment of floor/ceiling effects.
In terms of building effectiveness (Cohens κ=0. 519, p=. 002); in terms of convergence effectiveness (Cohens κ=0.
495, p=. 001)); in terms of efficiency in the standard sense (Cohens κ=0. 874, p=.
001)); and in terms of assessment of floor/ceiling effects. MIBS-4 Brazil achieves content effectiveness in terms of content effectiveness ((Cohens κ=0. 742, p=.
004)); achieves content effectiveness in terms of constructed effectiveness ((Cohens κ=0. 519, p=. 002)); achieves content effectiveness in terms of convergent effectiveness ((Cohens κ=0.
495, p=. 001)); achieves standard effectiveness in terms of standard effectiveness ((Cohens κ); MIBS-4 Brazil achieves content effectiveness in terms of content effectiveness ((Cohens κ=0. 742, p=.

496) and MIDAS (r=0. 458). MIBS-4 explains the total difference between HIT-6 and MIDAS.
. 001) ・ROC analysis shows that HIT-6 (AUC=0. 924) and MIDAS (AUC=0.
777) have excellent accuracy rates of more than 90 percent. However, 11 percent of HIT-6 (r=0. 496) and MIDAS (r=0.
458) have a floor distribution of less than 90 percent. It should be noted that the above content is based on international public research findings and is not a clinical recommendation for HealthCop.
