Computer recognition of the new type of acetylcholine enzyme inhibitor as a potential novel drug for
An international medical study has yielded new findings that have important reference value for disease prevention. Background Alzheimer's disease represents a global public health problem affecting millions of people worldwide. Although there are treatments for specific symptoms, they have not stopped or delayed the development of the disease; therefore, in order to develop new therapeutic alternatives with potential bioavailability, the study applied a computational method based on virtual screening, molecular dynamics simulation and molecular coupling technologies.
Results: Through this study, three compounds have been found to be more similar to Bidozar than to antimony, which has been identified as a reference for antimony. In this study, code 24771824 stands out for its ability to establish pro-hydraulic and aromatic interactions. In contrast, code 151171 and code 21081761 are more preferred for their more directional polar contacts.
