The World Dental Federation guides global dental patients to a consensus framework with the Emergenc
An international medical study has brought new findings and relevant findings are an important reference value for disease control. Dental treatment is provided in an increasingly clinical and digital environment, but results still depend on patients' understanding, compliance, and timely response to complications. The World Dental Association's Global Guide provides the first internationalised, consensus-based dental patient guidance and emergency care framework.
A team of 13 experts from 13 countries across six continents used multiple stages, blindness consensus processes, and external reviews to gather clinical experience and best practices. The document sets out global standards and recommendations in key areas: risk communication and informed consent; oral health and equipment care; separation of diagnosis and management of emergencies, emergencies, and minor incidents; prevention and long-term monitoring of retention and long-term monitoring; and the ethical integration of robotics, dental surgery, and artificial intelligence in telecommunications and artificial intelligence. The core principles of health emphasize the need for education-sensitive, culturally adaptable, and ethically-based communication.
